观音基金会将于2008年9月27日（星期六）举办一场捐血运动。此项运动将从早上 10 时至下午5 时 ，假八打灵Amcorp Mall 购物中心3楼 观音基金会会所进行。

这项有意义的捐血运动，是主办当局今年的关怀社会活动之一，也是为了协助改善马大医院血库在斋戒月期间血液短缺的问题。

观音基金会希望大众人士能够热烈支持及参与这项有意义的社会活动，也希望藉着大众的参与，让这次的捐血运动办得更成功！大家踊跃的爱心付出将能拯救更多宝贵的生命！

由觀音基金會出版，林艾霖執筆的《血緣》已出版。這本描述地中海貧血症和血癌病人的書，收錄了個案，病人家屬的心情，一群義工的愛心和相關的醫學常識，是希望能鼓勵多一些人捐獻骨髓，婚前去驗血，不要讓悲傷的母親出現，不要讓病患等骨髓等得太久。

Khenpo Yeshe, concerned for the authentic practice of study and practice of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, has kindly agreed to teach an extensive course of General Tibetan Buddhism and special practice-related materials from the Nyingma tradition. 2006 marked the beginning of this program, which is to last some 6/7 years and cover all aspects of Tibetan Buddhist Sutra and Tantra.
